Three Modules- take them all or only the one you need.

Focusing on ages 2-5, you will learn how to share yoga through a lens of play and curiosity.
-

Module 2- Elementary June 12-14, 2026
This module is for teaching ages 6-11 year olds and yoga in a classroom setting. You will learn how different skills can support their mental/ physical and emotional growth.
-

Module 3- Middle and High School August 14-16
Teaching teens and young adults yoga is similar to teaching adults, but more focused on their needs. In this module, you will learn how best to support teens in their changing bodies and social landscapes and give them tools to feel some ease with themselves.
What is Kid’s Yoga?
Some think we are all born yogis and then life and culture take it away from us. You may have witnessed a child take a deep breath after a big cry. You may see a new walker naturally go into downward facing dog to find their way up to standing after a tumble. You may hear a child share a level of compassion you rarely see in adults. With love and nurturing, we can keep these parts of them alive, which may ripple into the world beyond anything we know.
While children may have a natural yogi nature, they do not yet have the body awareness, proprioception, or attention span to do a yoga class that adults take. So, we play games! Kids yoga imbeds yogic principles and techniques into their natural curious and playful minds. We give them the opportunity to learn about what their bodies and brains can do. They leave yoga feeling more powerful, more aware and in-tune with themselves.
I had a student in my very first yoga class series whose parents told me he had some anxiety. He lived in a house with winding stairs that he was nervous to climb alone. As you will see, when we go into Warrior 2, we often say, “I am strong!”. His parents told me after a few months of weekly yoga, he woke up one morning and climbed the stairs all by himself! He held his arms up as he arrived and proclaimed, “I AM STRONG!”
These classes are a beautiful opportunity to help children feel empowered, present and connected to themselves.
