About this retreat
Rest deeply. Return strong. Restore is a 3-day, 2-night winter retreat for a small group of 10-12 women who are stretched thin by caregiving, household, and work responsibilities. You'll get real rest for your nervous system right away, and you'll leave with practical tools to keep burnout from coming back.
